Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu

Chicken Cordon Bleu~

1 cup of milk
1 cup of dried bread crumbs (you may need more or less, and you can use plain breadcrumbs, I used Italian to give it more flavor)
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/4" thickness
Salt & Pepper to taste
4-6 slices of ham
4-6 slices of swiss cheese (I use cheddar but its supposed to be swiss)
Vegetable oil
1 (10.5oz) can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup heavy cream

Heat oven to 350
Place milk and bread crumbs in two separate shallow bowls
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Place one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on the chicken. Roll and stick toothpicks to secure the chicken.
Dip each chicken first into milk and then into breadcrumbs (I try to pat the breadcrumbs down- be careful of the toothpicks though!)
Heat oil in a large skillet. (Or you can use a fry daddy) Brown chicken on all sides.
Place the cooked chicken in a 9x13 baking dish.
In a small sauce pan, combine soup and cream, add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake for 30 minutes, make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through, you'll probably need to cut into them and check!
