Cheesy Chicken Lasagna~
2 (12oz) cans of evaporated milk
1 (1oz) package of Hidden Valley dry salad dressing & seasoning mix (not dip)
3 cups of cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
1 (16oz) package of cooked lasagna noodles
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a saucepan, mix milk, dressing and pepper. Heat over low heat, stirring until ingredients are dissolved.
Simmer, uncovered, for 25 minutes and continue to stir frequently, while the sauce thickens.
In a well greased 9x13 pan, layer noodles, chicken, sauce and cheese and repeat. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
